Actual Costs
(Paid 24-Mar-2010)
The excess of pledges over projected costs and of projected costs over actual costs totals about US$200! The majority of this excess is due to John Young's delivery workaround, many thanks John!
The SG$1274 is what PayPal converted US$887 into on 2010-03-24.
I (Roland) will seek payment in full from each pledger on the understanding that any surplus collected (including my own pledge) over what I've paid to Makerbot will be donated to HackerspaceSG with a "please consider spending this on expenses closely related to the CupCake CNC" request attached.

i'll be flying back from San Fran on Mar 5. Would it be helpful for me to offer my services as a mule?

The current advice http://store.makerbot.com/cupcake-cnc/cupcake-cnc-basic.html is "Batch #12 is expected to ship towards the end of March" so, sadly, not.
