I see the problem with hackerspace@SG. The problem is trustworthy, integrity and accountability. The few directors registered under the company are close friends.

This might cause a riff and single opiniated among hackspaceSG as it is owned by a group of close friends. I need to confirm there is a reshuffle or at least an assurance that there is a consideration to include people outside the circle of your friends in order to proceed with the above.

Read about "Game Theory" and Nash equilibrium if you want to understand what i mean. His equilibrium states that, "it's for everyone in the group, doing what's best for himself and the group".

But if you're that group, then the people who are not in the group (ie. close friends) are shunned away from democracy.

We can never know who is greedy and who is not. I just someone who can enjoy and contribute as a normal guy (please don't even assume i want control or power, it's useless without honesty, integrity, accountability that deems respect, ) and i think i am tired enough on my day job to commit to such a task.

Probably you should get an outside director onboard that does not know each other but share the same vision. Find soneone to *elect* a suitable one in a group.

Meanwhile you can stick to the current list but change it. For the sake of hackerspaceSG to stay as long as it can, having to see defcon and 2600 just becoming somesort of a dream.

You guys had made it a reality, which is good, but more needs to me improved on.
